Criminal Searches
Felony/Misdemeanor Searches:
Searches the criminal court(s) in a specific county for any felony and/or misdemeanor cases on a specific subject. Provides file number, file date, charge(s), level of offense, disposition and sentence when a record is identified. We provide a standard 7-year search; however, longer time frames are possible in most counties. Searches can be conducted in any county in the United States.
Statewide Criminal Record Searches:
Provides statewide search for felony and/or where available misdemeanor convictions on the State repositories as available.
Federal Criminal Record Searches:
Searches the Federal District within the state for crimes against the United States. Crimes uncovered include bank robbery, tax evasion, Internet crimes, or mail fraud. A state may have more than one Federal District Court.
National Criminal Database:
The National Criminal Database is a proprietary database compiled from more than 187 million criminal records from across the United States. The data is sourced from county courts, statewide criminal databases, sex offender databases and correctional databases and is updated on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the original source. Since there are some jurisdictions that do not have this type of information in an electronic form or do not resell it, this database should not be considered a true Nationwide Criminal Database. All “hits” identified by the National Criminal Database should be verified by a Felony/Misdemeanor Search in the county the charges were filed/disposed.
Sex Offender Registry Searches:
Provide results of State’s registered sex offenders. Search by state or nationwide.
Want & Warrants Record Searches:
Search conducted will disclose any outstanding extraditable warrants on a national level. It is offered through the Georgia Crime Information Center in conjunction with Georgia statewide criminal search.
